TRADE SPACE
We have outdoor trade spaces available for the 2 days of the show.
Application forms to be returned via email to bangalowshow@outlook.com , and will be considered from 21st September. Notifications will be given mid october and , if successful, an Invoice supplied which must be paid
All vendors must provide the Show Secretary with a copy of your insurance with a minimum $20 million Public Liability, and all food vendors must provide a compliance certificate wih Byron Shire Council

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All spaces are outdoors, with limited power available.2. Village Green food spaces will be allocated by the Village Green coordinator and will be limited due to space constraints. Preference will be given to local traders.3. All other site allocations are made by the Trade space coordinator. 4. All stallholders must enter by Market Street entrance. If you arrive during school hours, please be aware of children arriving/leaving the school on this street.5. There will be no movement of vehicles during the Show’s operating hours. If you need to move your vehicle the Trade space coordinator or Secretary must be contacted to make suitable arrangements.6. Bump in: by 10am Friday unless organised prior with the Tradespace coordinator. Bump out: not allowed in certain areas before 10pm on Saturday night and all stalls must be removed by noon on Sunday. Please consider this when applying.
7. List of banned items must be adhered to-8. Requests for specific areas are not guaranteed but we will endeavor to accommodate you.9. Any electrical equipment will be required to be fitted with earth leakage circuit breakers and any electrical leads must be suitably tagged by a qualified electrician.10. Vendors must supply their own rubbish bins and remove all waste from the grounds and leave their area in a clean & tidy manner when they leave.11. Be advised of a slight slope along sites situated along the main thoroughfare.12. Bangalow A & I Society accepts no liability for damage to exhibits by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any other cause.13. A Copy of your Insurance Policy must be included with application - minimum of $20 million.14. All food vendors must have a compliance certificate with Byron Shire Council- provided with application.15. Notification will be given if successful in obtaining a space and an Invoice supplied.16. Payment must be made by due date on Invoice otherwise your space will be forfeited.17. Two Trade Space Passes will be issued and can be picked up at the Secretary’s office or at Bump in.18. If you require camping, a separate Camping form must be filled out and returned -$15 night19. We ask that all stallholders be considerate of all showground users. If you see or have a problem, please advise the Tradespace coordinator or Secretary.20. Nonadherence to these conditions may result in stallholders not being allowed to return.
