TRADE SPACE

We have outdoor trade spaces available for the 2 days of the show. An application form must be returned to us and, if successful, notificaton will be given and an invoice will be provided closer to November All vendors must provide the Show Secretary with a copy of your insurance with a minimum $20 million Public Liability, and all food vendors must provide a compliance certificate wih Byron Shire Council
CONDITIONS: 1. All spaces are outdoors and limited power available. Village Green food spaces will be allocated by the Village Green coordinator and will be limited due to space constraints.2. Requests for specific areas are not guaranteed, but we will endeavor to accommodate you.3. Any electrical equipment will be required to be fitted with earth leakage circuit breakers and any electrical leads must be suitably tagged by a qualified electrician.4. Vendors must supply their own rubbish bins and remove all waste from the grounds and leave their area in a clean & tidy manner when they leave.5. Be advised of a slight slope along sites situated along the main thoroughfare.6. Bangalow A & I Society accepts no liability for damage to exhibits by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any other cause.7. A Copy of your Insurance Policy must be included with application - minimum of $20 million.8. All food vendors must have a compliance certificate with Byron Shire Council- provided with application.9. Notification will be given if successful in obtaining a space and an Invoice supplied.10. Payment must be made by due date on Invoice otherwise your space will be forfeited.11. Two Trade Space Passes will be issued and can be picked up at the Secretary’s office at Bump in.12. If you require camping, a separate Camping form must be filled out and returned -$15 night13. Nonadherence to these conditions may result in stallholders not being allowed to return.
