PAVILION
Please ensure that you read through the below section as there are changes to prize & exhibit pick-ups.
• All Pavilion judging will take place on Thursday 13th November . Check each section for closing times for exhibit entry.
• Entries must have a separate entry form for each section.
• The A. & I. Hall is referred to as 'the Pavilion' for the duration of the annual Bangalow Show.
• The Pavilion opens at 7a.m. on Thursday 13th for exhibit entries in sections 7,8 & 9.
• In all other section’s entries may be delivered from Monday 3rd November to Show Office.
• Stewards have the right to move exhibits if they deem it is in an incorrect class.
• The Pavilion will be open for viewing on Friday 14th Nov from 9am and all Pavilion exhibits will remain on display until approx. 5pm Saturday, 15th November
• Please do not remove certificates from display . All prize winners are listed in the Show Office.
• The Judges may award a second or third prize instead of a first or may withhold a prize altogether where there is only one exhibit, or if the exhibits are not considered 'worthy'.
• Pavilion prize monies may be collected from the Show Office on SATURDAY BETWEEN 10A.M. AND 5PM ONLY. There will be NO prizemoney available to be collected other than at the allocated time.
• Prize money must be collected by the winner, or in the case of a minor, a parent or guardian. Identification may be required.
• All unclaimed prize money will be returned to the Show Societies funds
• Pavilion exhibits may be collected on Sunday morning between 8a.m. and 10a.m.
• Exhibits in Horticulture, Preserves & Farm Produce will be donated to the Farm Produce Auction unless otherwise advised. Please inform Stewards if your exhibit is to be returned & a green dot will be placed on the exhibit card.
• Cooking exhibits, except for Fruit Cakes, will no longer be allocated to the Farm Produce Auction due to the earlier Judging time. If you do not wish your fruit cake to be included in the auction , please advise the Steward when entering and a green dot will be placed on exhibit card. All other cooking exhibits not picked up on Sunday will be disposed of.
